Subscriptions are accepted on a calendar year basis. Issues are sent by airmail to all countries of the world. Claims for missing issues should be made within six months of
the date of dispatch.
Institutional subscription rates for the year 2012 (400 +- pages) are USD 459.00 (EUR 300.00) for print OR online only and USD 535.00 (EUR 350.00) for print AND online.
Individual subscription rates for the year 2012 (400 +- pages) are USD 199.00 for print only.
Our charge includes postage, packing, handling and airmail delivery of all issues.
